This method will put all the selected emails from the PST file into a single, long PDF. Install it on your computer, select the emails you want to save to PDF, and then choose that printer instead of a real one.
One option is to use a PDF “printer” like CutePDF. Unfortunately, there aren’t many free PST to PDF converters that seem to work well.
Wait while the emails sync to save the PST messages in your Gmail account (or whatever account you’re converting them into). Select Import items into the same folder, and then pick which folder you want the emails to be converted into. Mark the Include subfolders option if you want to convert those emails, too. In Outlook, go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export.Add your email account (e.g., Gmail,, etc.) to Outlook so that you can see all your emails in Outlook.
